At Oakapple Estates’ our vision to see the potential for development opportunities has led to approaches by a rapidly increasing number of agents, land and property owners who are keen to discuss with us possible sites.
As a Group we develop a diverse range of schemes. Currently our largest includes an eight acre commercial site in Keighley and a 192-unit award-winning residential development in Scarborough.
However size is not an issue, as we have successfully converted disused mills into mixed use schemes and developed commercial and residential properties on brownfield sites such as former public houses and redundant filling stations.
